Mrs. Galavotti has accrued more than twenty-five year of experience in environmental engineering in both an industrial manufacturing setting and as a consultant. She was responsible for the environmental department at two industrial sites for International Paper as well as handling regulatory affairs and on-site compliance issues at three locations.
She is also familiar with multimedia permitting issues and real-world application of designs. She worked as an operator and engineer at a 1.2 MGD process/wastewater treatment plant and operated 25 acres of wastewater lagoons and spray fields.
Mrs. Galavotti leads the industrial compliance group for Shield including; investigations, auditing, permitting, pollution control design and being a liaison between industry and regulatory agencies.

Multi-media audits of all environmental programs at various Fortune 500 companies conducting such operations as machining, plating, painting, stamping, cleaning and repair
Permitting for air, wastewater, stormwater, and hazardous waste as an EHS Manager/Engineer at three industrial sites and as an environmental consultant
