Personnel collecting stormwater or wastewater must be certified by the Kentucky Laboratory Certification Program to analyze water samples for field parameters (pH, Chlorine, Dissolved Oxygen, etc.). The Kentucky Laboratory Certification Program (KLCP) is administered by the Division of Water (DOW) in the Department for Environmental Protection within the Kentucky’s Energy and Environment Cabinet.
